We eat at the Artichoke quite often, food is always very good. Their grilled salmon is amongst our favorites but sometimes on Friday they have a special with Halibut called Halibut Weaver and it's outstanding. Their whole fried potato is excellent. Their asparagus is excellent along with their garden salads too. Nice friendly staff, fantastic owners and they really care about their customers and the quality of food they serve. One of, if not the best restaurant in/around Grand Lake.
