The smoked BBQ here is incredible, especially the brisket and ribs, which are always tender and full of flavor. I enjoyed the cowboy fries topped with brisket, and the portions are generous, so come hungry! The friendly staff, particularly Kathy, made the experience even better, and I can't wait to return next time I'm in Pawhuska.

Enjoyed a delicious BBQ meal at this classic joint in Pawhuska. The ribs, pulled pork, and brisket were all flavorful and cooked to perfection. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was authentic.

Consistently GOOD food. Great history, nice place, clean, very friendly people there .. the ONLY bad thing we have eaten there is the french fries, they are greasy .. would love it if they served Onion Straws there ..mm mm mm it's ALL GOOD
