I had a gift card that expired with the old management. New owners and management made my gift card good. Great customer service from management. Can't wait to try the food. Everyone raves about it

Customer service sucks unless you dine there on a regular basis and you know someone who works there (namely Joe). Every time I go there I leave unhappy and that's why I seldom visit. My company Lovelace is helping them out right now with giving us free meals to HELP THEM to keep their business open. I figured it's free and it's take out how could it be difficult and customer service won't be an issue. Lmao 😂 even free for pick up and take has been an issue. Seriously 😳

I've tried this place four times and after every visit I swear I'm never going back but inevitably someone new talks me into going there, mostly because of the lack of Italian food in Rio Rancho. The food is probably just below par. The real problem is the service. Every time, and I do mean EVERY, they clearly catered to their regulars. While I do see the value in doing this, it shouldn't be at the expense of people trying this place for the first time. There was never a time I didn't wait for approximately an hour for a table, which ok...they're popular. The real problem I have is while we're waiting for this table, I watched regular after regular come in after me and get seated almost immediately. Bottom line, the food in nowhere near good enough to allow myself to be treated this way. Strike three, I'm out.
