Ordered double brisket and gravy had coupon showing double b&g.. drive thru took forever.. manager came to window and said it was only for a single.. I explained I have used coupon many times over the years and always double..very rudely he said look I'm saying single only and walked off.. I declined the order..so you just lost a long time customer over one bisket.. shame!!
