I travel alot and often stop at the Jiffy Trip in Medford. Recently my stays have been not very satisfing. Your manager has been work and helping other staff in the store. I have noticed that the subway people just stand there and do not offer to help anyone. With subway going into your store has made the atmosphere a little stressful. I hope you do not change any of the management of the store and change any of the products sold there. The manager of that store has done a great job since over the past 6-7 years. Stable management makes for a successful business.
