I'm so angry w those who complained in May 2012. I believe this about the time there were 2 tragedies in the family the owner later sold to his son in law. I wont comment what i think of him but the cook did also change.

NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS
I contacted Mac's about catering my wedding a couple of weeks ago met with them firmed up availability and the menu for the wedding. Two days before the wedding they called and said they would not be able to cater the wedding putting me in a terrible position two days before I am getting married. I asked why they were canceling and Vicki from Mac's replied because they just had to cancel, no explanation at all. I asked for Mike the owner to call me and as of today I have not heard from him. Regardless if their food is good they put myself and my bride under a lot of stress with no explanation as to why. The reason we selected them was because they were a small business in our town and had heard good things about their BBQ ... lesson learned here ...Thank You to RIB CRIB for coming to the rescue at the last min.

Never again. We decided to support the local guy for our wedding and Mac s won the catering task... 2 days before our wedding they canceled. Should have known better when I found hair in my sample foods at the time we ordered.
