Over the weekend, my family and I celebrated my parents' 50th wedding anniversary at a large lake house in Deep Creek Lake. I picked up a custom cake from Sugar and Spice bakery earlier in the week, where Katie helped me choose a delicious vanilla cake with fresh strawberry buttercream frosting. The cake was beautifully simple yet elegant, and it was a hit with everyone - definitely worth the drive for their amazing baked goods!
