I reached out to Ms. Laura via email to arrange for a dozen custom 50th birthday cookies to be made and delivered to my friend, and I was impressed by her prompt responses, beautiful design execution, reasonable pricing, and overall stress-free experience, resulting in my friend being moved to tears by the gift.
