Great food, great service, wonderful meat market, delightful people! This has got to be one of Oklahoma's best-kept secrets!

I have been going to Phil's for years. When Phil was still able to cook in his restaurant the food was second to none. Now his daughter or other family members own or manage it. The food is no where close to the same. As far was service, there is plenty of room for improvement. Logan's has awesome food and everyone is so nice and happy to serve you, at a much more reasonable price. Sad to see Phil retire.

My steak was HUGE and done to perfection. King crab legs tasted fresh and succulent. Very casual unassuming ambiance with plenty of country flair. LOVE IT!

Have heard so many great things about Phil's, but I must say I had the toughest Ribeye I've ever eaten tonight and when the hostess asked how our meal was, her response, "Well, nobody else has complained about it tonight." Won't be going back.

Service was beyond terrible. After the hostess tried to seat the four people that came in AFTER us (and they told her that we were there first), we were seated at the end of someone else's table RIGHT NEXT to the hostess' counter. After waiting approximately 20 minutes without being approached by a waitress, we turned and asked the hostess if she knew who our waitress was supposed to be. She never got up from her chair, but a waitress nearby did ask if we had been waited on and said she would get someone to us. About 5 minutes later we were finally addressed by a different waitress, as she was bringing food to a table of SIX who was seated AFTER us, who said she would be with us in a minute. After at least another 5 minutes we turned again to the hostess and asked if we could see menus to look at (while we wait) and she very hatefully told us that our waitress would bring our menus. That was the point in which we got up and left. We will NEVER go back. Being busy is understandable, being ignored is unacceptable. The food costs way too much for that poor of service.

Me and my family make the trip to Phil's about once a year, the food is awesome. we live just south of Memphis, tn and our friends live in Lincoln, AR so we come up as often as we can.

I visited Phil's back in 2005 with a friend. We had been told the food was really good. Me being from TN and growing up on the river I knew what southern eatin was all about. Man, they had it all. I had some of the best beef ribs I ever had. The place was a little red-kneckish, but the service, food and cost were all fantastic. Just wish I had one closeby. Its well worth the short drive out of the way!!
