I hope when they reopen after the fire they had ,that they will have better management. The place before was always dirty and the food was so greasy, don't think they ever changed the grease out,And bathroom was filthy. I also went through the drive thru twice and they left out the coleslaw that was supposed to be with my order, and people working there acted like they could care less if the customer was satisfied. I will give it a try one more time when it reopens, but if it's the same I won't be going back.

You were doing pretty good. According to your door you open at 10:30 am. I arrived at 11 am and waited 30 minutes too long, and the door was still locked at 11:30 am. I left and went some where else to eat. I live outside of Lawton, hence the wait. During that time I watched 3 customers leave. Customers are what keep the doors open, lights on and employees paid! BIG issues! I can understand a single occurrence but this is a recurrence. This isn't the first time I have waited but it is going to be the last time. My time is more valuable. I am not sure if I will return in the future.

Went to store 7-14-18 at 4:00pm. Store was NOT CLEAN, FLOOR STICKY. Lady who waited on us was NOT happy to be there & it showed in her voice, appearance and service. Needless to say the food was below par. I will NOT be going back there. To many other places to chose that have Good Customer Service.
