Returning to The Beacon for a quick bite, I opted for a light snack due to the scorching heat. Today's choice was a chicken crispito and refreshing water brought from home, a perfect match for the weather. Despite the minor inconveniences, like limited parking and cash-only policy, The Beacon's classic drive-in experience and tasty offerings never fail to please.

My family loves this place! We will eat there everytime we return to Muskogee. The fried pickles and funnel cake fries are marvelous!
