I've dined at Blu several times and always enjoy their pizzas, so we decided to check out their brunch on a leisurely Saturday. The huevos rancheros left something to be desired, lacking seasoning and with potatoes that seemed overcooked and oily, but their gluten-free options and lunch/dinner menu still make Blu worth a visit. The staff is welcoming, the atmosphere is laid-back, and the food is consistently good, making Blu a reliable choice for a casual meal or a night out in Norman.
