Today, I ordered a BOGO pizza through the app but ended up being charged full price for both. The store claimed they couldn't do anything about it, leaving me feeling frustrated, especially since Schlotsky's hasn't responded to my messages. Despite this hiccup, the friendly staff and the delicious pizza make me want to return, but I'll stick to ordering in-store to avoid future frustrations.

The sandwiches and spuds at Schlotsky's are always a good value, with our favorite being the Broccoli cheese spud - a must-try for anyone looking for a satisfying meal in a clean and friendly environment.
