Iron Skillet can be found at the Petro Truck Stop near the Greyhound Bus Station, a convenient spot for travelers and truckers alike. My husband, who drives trucks for a living, enjoys the all-you-can-eat buffet and the special counter just for truckers. During our visit with our daughter and her boyfriend, we opted for menu items like the Southern smothered pork chops and the omelette, all served in charming silver skillets.
