The service in this restaurant is horrible. I only have been to this restaurant twice but I can tell that I will not be going back. The first time I waited for 17 minutes only to get my food and it was cold and looked like it was a left over and it had been re-cooked. The second time that i went to this restaurant I waited for 35 minutes I went inside this time and trust me when I tell you that I was not the only customer that was upset there were several. Also that restaurant was packed and the employees were going outside and sitting down with some friends or family members. It was clear to me that the employees really didn't want to be there and we the customers did not matter. This was in December of 2019 and since then I have been driving out of my way to the Del City location and the service there is great. Hopefully the management and staff have been replaced by now at the 1-240 and Western location but if not they should be.
