I hadn't been to Louie's in ages and totally forgot it was around. Last night, I swung by and was pleasantly surprised by how delicious everything was, especially the fish tacos and fried okra; the service was also spot on, making the whole experience really enjoyable.

Someone needs to explain this concept to me. What are they? Who are they? And why do they think this might work. Marginal at best is the only way to describe it.
