The birthday cake I ordered didn't have the exact message I requested, but it did include a standard "happy birthday" greeting. I had to place the order over the phone as the online ordering system wasn't functioning. Despite the lackluster customer service and unmotivated staff, the cookies at this bakery are truly exceptional, with the Double Doozy being a standout favorite.
