I love trying new foods, and I had a memorable Guatemalan tamale at a previous spot, so today we decided to venture out of our way for lunch. The food was just as incredible as I remembered, with the most authentic tortilla I've tasted in Oklahoma, and my sour cream chicken enchiladas were bursting with flavor from fresh ingredients.
