The food here is incredibly flavorful, with soft, spongy injera perfect for scooping up richly seasoned dishes like lamb and lentils, and the friendly staff make the experience even better by explaining everything and providing attentive service. Although the exterior may not catch your eye and wait times can be longer during peak hours, the inviting interior ambiance and authentic Ethiopian flavors make every visit worth it.

The wait time for your food might test your patience, but trust me, it's worth it because everything is made fresh to order by the smaller-staffed kitchen. The staff are friendly and accommodating, making the dining experience enjoyable. While the limited opening hours may be a downside, the delicious Ethiopian cuisine at this Oklahoma restaurant is definitely a hidden culinary treasure worth discovering.
