This hotel truly exceeded all our expectations, providing an exceptional level of service from the moment we arrived. The staff, especially Kate, went out of their way to ensure our stay was extra special, even surprising us with thoughtful birthday treats. Despite a minor hiccup with our room preference, Jovan, the manager, swiftly resolved the issue with a friendly and accommodating attitude. The amenities, including the delicious breakfast and convenient location near Bricktown, made our stay memorable and we look forward to returning in the future.
