My husband and I had an early dinner in this restaurant yesterday. Food was not like it used to be. Most trays were empty (with very few people being there). There were no desserts, only empty trays. A gentleman next to me asked three times to bring desserts but desserts were not coming. I was looking for something with cooked vegetables and couldn’t find anything. And that’s in a Chinese food restaurant, where people specifically go to eat vegetables! Eventually, I had to go to the WOK place, which was the only place with veggies. It took a long time to get my food, as there was a long line there. Meanwhile, my husband had some chicken and left the bones on his plate. I wrapped a couple of bones in a napkin to take home for my dog. When the bill came, they charged us $5 for take out food. After they examined the bones, they said that it was ok to take them out but that they saw me putting some real food in my bag. After I produced the bag for a search and they made sure that there was no “real food” there, they took the $5 charge off. Also earlier, when we asked for a senior discount (my husband and I are both seniors), the waitress did not believe us and asked for our IDs. After she examined our IDs, she said that she needed to take them to the owner to make sure that they are good. After the owner examined our IDs, she authorized the discount, which was only $1 per person. Is saving $1 worth the humiliation? Is that all happening in the United States of America or in some starving third-world country?!! So if you want to pay money for empty trays, your bag undergoing a search for “real food” and your IDs taken away for verification of their authenticity, go there. As far as we are concerned, never again!

I've been going there over 20 years and never had a bad experience or issue. It's always been great and quality food. I'm from Wichita Kansas and every time we visit OK city this is always one of our stops and always will be. We visit at least 10 or more times a year.

Been there on many occasions, great selection and great service and a very great atmosphere for families. It's a little expensive, but not break the bank expensive like some places (CheeseCake Factory, etc).

I've been going to this restautant for almost 11 years and I have never had a problem. Food is always good and hot and service is great. When I have gone in for take out they always made sure I packed my take out boxes with as much food as possible. I love this place!

If you make the mistake of going to this criminal joint, be sure you don't use a credit or debit card. These people will write in their own tip even though you zero out the tip line and leave a tip on the table. When I complained to the manager, first she said I left the tip myself, and when I told her I always zero out and draw a line through it on the tip line and leave a tip on the table, then she says the cashier made a mistake. Don't trust these people!!!
