Charlie's was amazing place I come taxes and I wish we have something like that here I would go bankrupt they
have great service and amazing mouth watering food thy need one in Weimar tx.

I have a friend who used to work at the Charlie's in Stillwater, she said it was absolutely disgusting there. First of all, none of the servers or cooks have to wear gloves and there is a sign by sinks to wash hands but the rule is not strictly enforced. The cooks never wear hair nets and hair has been found in food on several occasions. Second, she said that at night when they are cleaning, the floors get wet in the back and the floor is not solid. There are cracks and black oozy stuff comes out of the cracks. She said it smells really bad. She also said that in the walk-in refrigerator (where the chicken is stored) has a leak from the ac unit in there and it drips on the bags of chicken. She also said there was mold everywhere and she only saw the health inspector twice in the time she worked there. He didn't "seem to notice" the nasty floors and ceilings. She said the boss was horrible and he didn't care about his employees. I wouldn't risk eating at Charlie's chicken.
