Just visited Isabella's tonight for dinner with my mom on April 7, 2022. Dinner was ok, pork chop was good for me, moms to dry over cooked. Everything else was good appetizer and desserts. The entertainment was on for the night which mom and I both enjoy. However where we were sitting it was hard to hear. After spending 100.00 for dinner We we're told that we were unable to sit in the court yard to listen to the music because it is reserved for customers who pay for food. Are they crazy just spent 100.00 on food prior to that comment. Very unprofessional and rude to mom and me. Won't be back since they have a need to robbed people. So sad that restaurants who are still struggling to keep patrons since the pandemic can't bend over backwards to keep the ones they have or potential returnee's . Change your policy.

Dined here previously. Always good. This visit...not so good. Reserved outside. Was told they had no reservation in my name. Put us inside. Room was dark and had an odor. Five of us order different meals.we're told it would be a 45 minute wait. Ordered drinks...another wait When dinner finally arrived, it was just ok. Fifth dinner (short ribs) was nothing but a plate of fat. Manager then replaced 1 short rib! Again, nothing but fat. Asked if she could replace short ribs with something else because there "were no more ribs in the kitchen". Four of us finished dinner when the replacement for the fifth person came out. The manager tried her best to compensate us for the many service and kitchen errors. It just came down to overbooking which took it toll on waitstaff and kitchen staff.
Needless to say, quite disappointed especially since I was the one that recommended Isabelle's.
