I used to fill my prescriptions at Rite Aid on the Mesa but switched to CVS due to insurance coverage issues, though CVS has become increasingly busy with long lines. Recently, after a rude experience at CVS when trying to get flu shots, I went back to Rite Aid and was warmly welcomed by knowledgeable and friendly pharmacists who always recognize me and provide excellent service.

I have been a loyal customer of Rite Aid on Cliff Drive for 5 years and have always had a positive experience with their fantastic pharmacists like Negar, Emily, and Frank. The staff is courteous, professional, and always greets me warmly, making me feel valued as a customer. The pharmacy is well-organized, and the pharmacists provide excellent advice with a friendly attitude, making it one of the best Rite Aid locations I've ever visited.
