Had their pizza and I would not recommend. The crust seemed pre formed and was soggy. This is nothing like Northeast pizza. You are better off buying a frozen pie.

First visit to the "New" Scotties, and sadly was disappointed. My two lunch companions and I agree that the food was "okay." In the past I loved to order the chicken tenders, eggplant and/or pizza. Eggplant not on the menu, so went for the chicken tender wrap. The chunks of chicken tenders were dark brown almost burnt not golden. They were extremely dry. Ate half the wrap, then removed the chicken tenders and just ate the lettuce and cheese. I think they had been cooked in real old oil and/or overcooked. The portion of french fries was very generous--but the fries were rubbery and lukewarm (like they had been reheated in a microwave)--certainly not crisp & hot. I ate 3 or 4 and left the rest. The service was excellent, our server was Julia. I usually do not write reviews that are poor, but I do think the restaurant may want to know the reactions to their food and service.

The food and service over the years has been great, but the last three times I have ordered there the service was horrible. The lady taking my order was extremely rude. My food was not properly prepared on top of it. I don't live far from the restaurant and I've patronized there for 5 years at least twice a month if not more. I won't spend another dime there again. I work too hard for my money.

Went to scotties 3 weeks ago on a friday around 8 they were not very busy.Me and wife walked in stood there for about 3 minutes with 4 waitresses standing there and didn't even acknowledge us standing there. There was a lady sitting on a bench at the entrance(dont know if she worked there or not) told us to go sit anywhere and somebody would be with us.So we went in a found a place to sit. Some tall guy with glasses (I am going to assume was the owner or management) looked straight at us didn't say a word to the waitresses to help us and proceeded to sit down with and converse with some other customers in there.A waitress also had seen us sitting there because she was taking the order of the people sitting right behind us (she was within 1 foot from us). So with the one sitting and running his mouth with some other people and the other waitress was right there at us I am going to assume that those to people are in desperate need of an eye exam. So,after sitting there for 10 minutes no service whatsoever not even a drink order. So me and decided to leave and on the way out towards the entrance ther was 5 waitresses standing there doing nothing and one the actually told I hope you enjoyed your dinner please come back soon.(Nice) So,no I can't tell you how the food was but I sure tell how the service was pretty pathetic. But sometimes good things come from someones poor decisions and/or management. We left and was proceeding to get back on 95 to Charlotte and saw a little restaurant called Eves southern cooking (and no,I am not affiliated with this place at all) well the service was very attentive and the food was excellent. So If the above mentioned happens to you do what we did, leave go somewhere else that actually wants the busines
