I have been to Awak for coffee (latte, espressor, whatever) a few times and was not disappointed. Last time I went, I ordered a sandwich and was told it would take "just a few minutes". After 15 minutes with no sandwich I asked again, and was told "just a few more minutes". AFter 30 minutes I asked again, suggesting I could receive a refund instead. I was told I would have to wait a few more minutes. After 40 minutes (this is for a coffee house sandwich) it finally arrived. The server said there was "trouble in the kitchen."
If all you want is a beverage this place is okay. If you order any food that takes prep time, be prepared to wait.
