There used to be a different restaurant here, but now it's a new Thai spot called Lotus Thai. It's a cozy little place in a strip mall on Dequindre between 14 and 15 Mile. The decor is simple with a white theme, and they seem a bit disorganized since they're still new, but our server was attentive. The complimentary Tom Yum soup was a nice touch, and despite a few hiccups like missing shrimp chips, the food was tasty. The Pad Kra Tiem was just right for me, with a good balance of spiciness and flavors, and the lunch price was a steal at $6.50 compared to other Thai places nearby.
