There is a nice bar I enjoy visiting with a friendly owner named Bear who is a Cubs fan. Indoor corn hole boards are available near the pool table for entertainment. It's a welcoming hometown tavern in Iowa where you can enjoy free popcorn and feel like a regular among familiar faces.

No food here, but they did have cheap $10 oven pizzas. They have the standard selection of commercial beers, but nothing more special than that. Calling themselves a roost you'd at least expect some bbq wings or chicken tender sandwiches with lettuce and Chipotle Mayo. The place was okay. Might go back if I pass through Keota again, but won't be making any special trips.
