I grabbed a late-night meal here around 10:30 pm and was impressed by how busy it was, with plenty of delicious food still cooking. The Cuban sandwich and pulled pork bowl stood out, packed with flavorful ingredients like black beans, rice, and plantains, while the chicken plantain arepa had a unique sweetness that I really enjoyed. Though the atmosphere was a bit loud and the tables weren't spotless, the friendly staff and tasty food made the experience well worth it.

Despite the busy environment, the Cuban sandwich and Pulled Pork Bowl were particularly enjoyable, making Flaco's a great choice for a late-night meal in Gainesville.
