Our neighbor suggested an early morning round of golf at a nearby course, and despite initial concerns about holiday crowds, we found it pleasantly uncrowded with hardly anyone behind us. The fairways were decent, and though the water hazards at certain holes posed a challenge, the course layout was manageable for players with higher handicaps like us. After nine holes, we were pleasantly surprised to enjoy a complimentary breakfast burrito and coffee at the grill, adding to the overall enjoyable experience of our round.
