I've always had great food at Friday's...many different locations...but this time we had a TERRIBLE waitress who lolly gagd while our food was up n ready for 11 minutes so it came cold,she took waaaaay too long for everything,including paying the bill...I will return to Friday's regardless..it's always been one of my favorites..just this one waitress obviously had no clue what customer service is but then again that's why she didn't get much of a tip from us
