The burger stole the show with its perfect cook and seasoning, earning my full four stars despite some inconsistencies in seasoning across other dishes that needed a touch more salt. The short rib stroganoff was a hit at the table, and the maple blondie dessert provided a decadent, memorable finish to the meal. While the menu differed from the online version and service had its slow moments, the overall flavors and atmosphere created a satisfying dining experience that I look forward to revisiting.
