In Encinitas for 12 days. Bull Taco near Moonlight Beach was a huge $14 disappointment. Apartment I rented was just a block away so instead of walking 10 mins to downtown Encinitas thought I'd try it. Mistake. Food is uninspired and so average. $5 for chips guacamole. Could have gotten a big bag with great guac choices at a nearby Whole Foods for $1 more. Meat in tacos was chewy and lacked flavor. Several better and less expensive choices three blocks away.
