Went in to pickup order 9/17 but chef not wearing mask. Other kitchen help not wearing gloves to prep food. When I complained to wait person he stated he has asked chef to wear mask but "he refuses." I left and did not pickup order. Filed complaint with health dpt. to investigate practices
