After visiting Galaxy Lights at NASA, my group sought a nearby dining option before Akimi Sushi and Stir Fry's 10 p.m. closing time. The restaurant's convenient location in a shopping center made parking easy as we settled in to explore their extensive menu, enjoying a variety of dishes and drinks. The affordable prices allowed us to sample different items, with highlights including the flavorful Basil Spicy fried rice and generously sized portions that left us satisfied. The attentive wait staff and pleasant atmosphere made for a pleasant dining experience overall.
