I always enjoy the food at Sushi Chiyo, it's consistently delicious. The atmosphere is cozy, the staff is friendly and attentive, and the nighttime lighting adds a nice touch. The tempura shrimp rolls were a great deal at $10 for two large rolls, they tasted fresh and the service was quick. The variety on the a la carte menu allows for trying different options, and the Philadelphia roll was a standout. Takeout is our preferred choice due to the small dining area getting busy, but the quality and value keep us coming back regularly.
