From personal experience, if you are a young Vietnamese person do not work there. The owner does not treat you with respect and makes you feel like sh#t. She will treat you like sh#t. Good luck to her future employees. God forbid your on your phone checking emails or responding to text messages or in general caught on your phone at all she will call in and complain that your not working even though you've already checked on the customers everyone is already taken care of and you go above and beyond she will call in and make you feel like a piece of shi#t. Y'all can 1,000 percent find more respect working somewhere else. I literally walked out in 30 mins being there. I've been a manager I've worked fine dine I've done sushi, Fk that people should not be treated like that.
