The food at this place is consistently delicious, with the churros standing out as the best I've ever tasted. The staff members are always friendly and efficient, adding to the positive experience. Additionally, being open 24 hours in Salem is a rare and convenient feature that sets this place apart.

My kids and I used to really like this place, but yesterday afternoon was my last visit. I called ahead and ordered, and although I was the only customer when I got there, the young girl working was rude and treated me like a GIANT inconvenience. The food order was correct (although the shredded chicken was saltier than anything I've ordered before), but she very blatantly ignored my request for a drink holder and for a side of spicey carrots. Have no fear though, she sealed the deal by helping herself to a tip on my card. I didn't realize this until I got the e-mail notification. Luckily she also didn't give me a receipt. At $5 -$10 a sucker (mine was around $7) that rude girl has quite the racket going. If you're going to brave it, CASH ONLY!!
