If we are in Cannon Beach for 6 days we eat lunch at Bill's all six days. Their bacon cheese burger is excellent. The fish and chips are awesome. The BLT is great. And the Duckdive Pale Ale is the best! Plus, the staff - Evie, Forest, Joe, Mark - are all wonderful.
