Despite seeing some negative reviews, my family has been loyal customers for many years without any major issues. I always order the Wet Burrito with Carne Asada, hold the tomatoes, and they consistently get it right. Although I've only used the drive-thru, the food is always well-packaged with generous sauce portions. The staff is efficient and courteous, and the service is quick even during busy lunch hours.
