Just a plain bad experience drive thru guy ignored our order got the window was charged a different price never ask what we wanted to drink.

Ordered a burger and drink only,pulled up to window ,the lady was very rude and asked me to pull over to a spot and wait.i went to put my card back in my wallet and pullout and she opened the window again and very rudely told me to move right now, and then the employees all came out from back and lined up and stared at me.I pulled over,waited for my food and left.
Upon arriving at home I had a burger ,fries I didn't order and jalapeño poppers I did not order,plus no drink either that I did order.I will never return that was so out of line it was like an episode of the twilight zone

Burgers were raw. Not slightly raw, but full on not cooked through.

They didn't open due to delivery issues of their stove. Can't cook without it. No drivers to deliver. My husband asked when they were hoping for and they said end of month. Keep your fingers crossed 🤞

I drove 50 miles to get a Famous Star and Carl's didn't bother to let anybody know that 01/17/2022 was just a date that they pulled out of their -ss because when I got there at 4:30 this afternoon they were closed and had never opened. So much for my 100 mile round trip. If they lie you better watch out for the quality of their food.
