Evergreen Indian Restaurant in downtown Corvallis delivers consistently flavorful and satisfying Indian cuisine, with standout dishes like the lamb samosa appetizer and tender tandoori chicken accompanied by perfectly cooked basmati rice or generous portions of naan. The atmosphere is casual and laid-back, complemented by attentive service, making it a comfortable spot for savoring authentic flavors without any rush. Though the interior is modest and parking requires a short walk, the delicious food and welcoming staff more than make up for it, leaving me eager to return again and again.
