Monarch has a friendly atmosphere with a classic, old-school vibe and a great selection of draft beers and liquor. The service can be slow at times, especially when understaffed, but the bartenders are always calm and knowledgeable. The food, especially the hot dogs and appetizers, is solid, making it a comfortable and enjoyable place to hang out with friends.
