I discovered a charming restaurant located on the second floor of an Art Gallery, featuring a small yet appealing menu with affordable prices and quality ingredients. During my visit, I enjoyed a delicious open-faced shrimp salad sandwich on toasted sourdough bread, accompanied by a small salad, all for just $5.95, while experiencing attentive service despite the bustling Tuesday afternoon crowd.
