Seated next to two insightful 8-year-olds on New Year's Eve, I learned their keen opinions on ranch dressing, which turned out to be a small but telling detail about the quality here. The restaurant offers a classic, somewhat dated interior with lovely bay views, complemented by friendly and prompt service, and a menu featuring standout seafood dishes like halibut almandine, clam chowder rich with clams, and exceptional stuffed mushrooms. While prices are on the higher side and wait times can be lengthy due to fresh preparation, the combination of flavorful food, attentive service, and a beautiful setting makes for a memorable dining experience.

When we think of somewhere special to go it is always Hilltop!
Love the crab appetizer; not only yummy, but the presentation is Awesome!
Plenty of crab too.
The view is beautiful and relaxing and the service is good.
Love to go every chance we get and truly love recommending to others.
