I've been a loyal customer of Los Arcos for years, but recently had a disappointing experience with their enchilada sauce. However, upon my return, I was relieved to find out it was just a one-time error and not a permanent change in their recipes. I've enjoyed a variety of dishes at Los Arcos, such as the cheese and onion enchiladas, chile verde tostada, albondigas soup, and t-bone steak, and I'm glad to see the quality is back to its usual standard.
