The birria served at Los Temos is truly exceptional, unlike anything I've tasted in the USA. As a musician who travels extensively, I have a discerning palate and can appreciate the unique flavors offered here. The atmosphere at Los Temos is reminiscent of a quaint Mexican town, adding to the authenticity of the experience.
