While I absolutely love Cafe Meds' food, I was very disappointed after a recent visit. 😔
In July, I ordered a Greek Salad with gyro meat for pick up. I went to pick up my food, got home and it was steak. I called and they were very apologetic, and asked if I'd like to come back for the correct meat. I did. I saw the server (male) check the meat before I left that time, so I thought it should be good.....no. I got home and again, it was steak. I called and, again the younger server (female) asked if I'd like to come back to get the correct meat. After running across town 4 times, I was hungry and tired of driving. So I asked if I could just have the $9.00 meat charge refunded. She agreed and said she'd need assistance to get it done, but it would be done soon. It wasn't. So, I called and talked to Natalie (who I believe is a manager) on 8/30. She was also very apologetic and said she'd refund my entire meal and discount a future meal. I replied that all I wanted was the $9.00 meat charge. I know times are tough. It still hasn't been refunded. So I went IN and talked to the two servers who messed up my order in the first place. They proceeded to say that the two meats are commonly mistaken for each other and impied that it was my mistake. MY MISTAKE! I was more than a bit frustrated at that point, but calmly left my phone number and photos of my receipt.

It Still To This Day Has Not Been Refunded.
