It's been a while since I've been to this location. The facility at Shady Cove is also very satisfactory and on nice days you can eat on the deck overlooking the Rogue River. I found the E.Point location very helpful when something I was hungry for wasn't exactly represented by any menu item. They made a plate to my specifications and I was delightfully satisfied.

Good food and portions. Seriously rude if one orders take out and wants to pay for each separately. Nasty on the phone, ignored as much as possible waiting to pay. Actually SIGHED when started paying.

We have eaten at this restaurant many times. The service is generally ok, but has been getting worse lately. Our last server Dakota would just wander around and ignore the customers. The bus boy was much more attentive then she was. This was on 112117 at around 1:30 pm

05/17/2015 worst mexican food the service was extremely horrible.....the busser threw the tortillas in our table the waiter was in a horrible mood. this was at their eagle point restaurant it was our first time and definitely the last I will not recommend to anyone.

THE FOOD WAS GOOD, THEY HAD A ADV WITH VALPAK.COM ON THE INTERNET, BUT THEY WOULD NOT TAKE IT!!!!!!!! WHAT IS UP WITH THAT?? NOT VERY GOOD WAY TO ADVERTISE !! JUST A WAY TO GET YOU IN AND THEN GIVE IT TO YOU IN THE REAR!!! TNT19584@AOL.COM
