Delightful food and cozy atmosphere at the Flat Iron Steak House and B&B made for a pleasant dining experience. The service was attentive and friendly, adding to the overall enjoyment of the meal. While I wish there were more Basque options on the menu, the quality of the Salomo and the reasonable prices made it a great stop for the whole family.

Haven't been there in 20 years but it was fabulous each time I got to go there! Food served Family Style and utterly delicious! Filling, healthy, great texture and freshness. Planning to go back there this fall--it's about a two-day drive, but worth it!

Stopped there on our way to McCall Idaho from Southern Cal.
Food was amazing! Great venue and the service was great. Highly recommend.
